Personal data provided by the user voluntarily, explicitly, and optionally are used exclusively to respond to submitted requests (for example, information requests or orders made via telephone contact or email through the form available on the website).


Types of Data Processed

Browsing Data

The IT systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
These data are not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, but by their very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.
This category of data includes:

  • IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users,
  • URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the requested resources,
  • time of the request, method used to submit the request to the server,
  • size of the file obtained in response, numerical code indicating the status of the response (successful, error, etc.),
  • other parameters relating to the user’s operating system and IT environment.

These data are used solely to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the website and to check its correct functioning, and are deleted immediately after processing, except in the case of investigations of IT crimes.

The optional, explicit, and voluntary sending of messages via the contact form entails the acquisition of the personal data provided by the user (name, contact details, message content).

The processing of data is based on Art. 6 of EU Regulation 679/2016:

  • letter a) explicit consent of the data subject;
  • letter b) execution of pre-contractual or contractual measures requested by the data subject.

Processing Methods and Security Measures

Personal data are processed using electronic and non-electronic tools, for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected.
Appropriate security measures are taken to prevent data loss, unlawful or improper use, and unauthorized access.

Data are not subject to disclosure or profiling.

Data may be processed or stored on servers located in Italy or within the European Union. If a transfer outside the EU is necessary (for cloud services or management platforms), the guarantees provided for by Articles 44 et seq. of the GDPR will be adopted.


Data Retention Period

  • Browsing data are deleted immediately after statistical processing.
  • Data sent via the contact form or voluntary communications are kept only for the time necessary to respond to the request or to fulfill any contractual and/or legal obligations.
  • Data related to administrative and fiscal activities (e.g., invoicing) are kept for the periods required by law (10 years).

Rights of the Data Subject

Pursuant to Articles 15–22 GDPR, the user has the right to:

  • access their personal data;
  • request their rectification or deletion;
  • obtain restriction of processing;
  • object to processing;
  • request data portability;
  • withdraw consent at any time;
  • lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority (Data Protection Authority).
